So I was on www.selfpublishingreview.com and I read a really interesting article by Henry Baum - basically the premise was to get your book kindled and set the price as free- sure you dont make any money but he tried it and guess what? He got loads of downloads- so then its in the top 100 or whatever people see it- a week later you put a price on it- but its already a best seller so people will buy it? Sounds simple- it does make for an interesting read and is a good concept as well- although as he rightly suggests- many people will catch on to this which will swamp the market- in the mean time I think genius!!! A bit of free marketing!
